New replacement fire station (7,224 SF) with sleeping bunk rooms, kitchen/dining room, day room, exercise room, office and watch room. In addition, the station has two large apparatus bays with support spaces of bunker gear, storage, medical and other building support areas. New building and site designed and built to “LEED Standards” for sustainability and will pursue LEED Gold Certification.
